Bishop Randy and Pastor Betty Dowden are committed to sharing the hope of Jesus.  Bishop Randy and Pastor Betty’s hearts are set on providing a place of worship where everyone who comes is loved and accepted regardless of past failures or wrong decisions.  They desire for Hope Fellowship USA to be a ministry of restoration and healing through preaching and teaching the uncompromised Word of God.  Their passion for serving the body of Christ is evident by their previous and continued support of local churches and organizations such as:  Bliss & Fire network and others

Bishop Randy Dowden is an ordained minister who has served the Dallas metroplex and surrounding areas for several years. He is available as an officiant for weddings and other ceremonies. His wife, Betty Dowden, has been a singer at various churches and special events in the area for over 25 years. They have been married over 30 years and have a special place in their hearts for growing the family of Christ
